Shipping Policies

Because our jewelry is customized, we do not make the piece until you place your order. We generally take around 3 to 5 business days to finish your order before shipping.

During peak business times such as Christmas and Mother’s Day when our workload increases significantly, it often takes extra time to complete each order.

Shipping Costs:

We offer a choice of either US Postal Service or UPS for shipping. The shipping charge will be calculated in your shopping cart before you purchase. Orders totaling over $75 have the option of getting free First Class US Postal Mail service for US orders.
