30-Day Return Policy

Amy Cate Designs is committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their jewelry purchases. If you find that you are unhappy with a beaded bracelet for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase, AmyCate.com will be happy to either fix the problem or refund your money.

Because our customized hand stamped pendants and charms cannot be resold, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on these pieces unless the piece is defective or there is an error in the stamped text that is our fault. If you misspell a name or get a date wrong when you complete the order form, then we cannot give you any refunds. If you did everything right, and we made the mistake, then of course we will gladly create you another piece at our cost. Any errors or defects must be brought to our attention within 30 days of your receipt of the item, and we reserve the right to ask that the old piece be returned to us at our cost before we send the new piece.

After 30 days, there are no refunds for any reason, but repairs, resizing, and restringing can be done for a small fee to cover our labor and supply costs. Items other than bracelets and hand stamped pendants (polishing cloths, earrings, etc.) are non-refundable at any time unless they are defective.

Tarnish

Please note that sterling silver jewelry almost always tarnishes if not polished. This is not a flaw in our product. It is a natural process that occurs with all sterling silver. We will not replace a product that has tarnished. Please view our Silver Jewelry Care & Cleaning page for information on removing tarnish and other care instructions.

Sizing

Because each of our designs has different size beads, and because there is such a high level of customization in some of our products, sizing can slightly vary between products. We try our hardest to create a bracelet that is within 1/8 of an inch of the ordered measurement. Please remember that if your bracelet has a lobster clasp, the bracelet is measured from end to end. If the bracelet has a toggle clasp, the bracelet is measured from the bar to the center of the ring. One free resize during the first 30 days after your receipt of the item is allowed (you pay the cost of shipping the item back to us). After 30 days, there is a charge to resize.

Design Elements

We attempt to create a product as close to the picture as possible. However occasionally small substitutions in bead styles are made due to changes in bead availability from our suppliers. Occasionally our supplier will stop making a certain bead and we will have no choice but to find an alternative. And some of our beads (such as our Bali beads) are handmade and will therefore be impossible to find exact matches.
